Refund & Returns Policy

At O.B. Designs, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days at info@obdesigns.net with your order details and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at info@obdesigns.net to arrange.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return Send your item to: Unit 1/3 Slater Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565, Australia. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
